Return policy

You may return new, unused stain free items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. ( you received an incorrect or defective item.) You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of us receiving the return.
